Major renovations were needed because the flat is more than 20 years old. We were able to move in after 2.5 months thanks to William's and Katherine excellent project management, nevertheless.

William was one of our short listed ID who is confident in designing the slightly complex layout we wanted within the short timeframe. Using our suggestions as a foundation, William was able to design a beautiful and useful home for us.

It is also the responsibility of owners as well to check carefully on the work being done. We spotted a few errors during the renovation process. However any issues we raised were rectified immediately. They were also patient with our repeated change of minds about choosing tiles or vinyl flooring.

Overall, we adore our home and would enthusiastically suggest William and Katherine to anyone who needed renovation to be completed within a limited time frame.

I met at least 5 or 6 ID firms, some are recommended by Qanvast and some I found on Facebook. Only MYD and the other one provided 3D design drawings to me for FOC. I prefer having view on the 3D as it gives me better idea whether the ID appreciates and understands what I want. In fact, I am surprised that Anson and Jesment have been patiently listened and discussed with me of the design I want, we spent almost 6 or 7 hours for the first 3 meetings even before my engagement. Of course, we are very happy when Anson is able to design my desired Lego display cabinet and also the Cat Platform. They perfectly bring out the modern industrial design theme that I want. Judging from the 3D design drawings provided by Anson and the other firm and our interaction, their design and technical knowledge during our first 3 meetings, we have chosen MYD believing that Anson and Jesment understood my requirements and most importantly, be able and confidently confirmed that they can rush through the reno project (whole house renovated including living and dining rooms, bedrooms, kitchen and 2 bathrooms) for me despite the CNY break in mid Jan and my deadline to handover my old apartment to my buyer. And, of course they did it, Anson and Jesment made it happened and we moved in to our beautifully designed home for cats and hoomans by 17 Feb.

Further, in addition to the beautiful designs, the workmanship of MYD contractors are reasonably well and good. I spotted minimal defects which only requires minor touch-up. Thanks to Anson and Jesment for their constant supervisions due to my short reno timeline.
